COVID and What to Expect

  • We require that all visitors entering our physical office wear a mask. Sanitization opportunities are provided, and please practice social distancing.
  • Contactless Check-In: our after-hours check-in procedure and location will be the norm until further notice. During regular business hours all visitors will pick up their keys and parking passes from the lockbox. The lockbox will remain open and unlocked during business hours. If you plan to arrive after hours, the lockbox will be locked. To open, please use the lockbox code and instructions provided in your check-in documents.
  • Contactless Check-out: please use the “Key Return” drop box located in our entry way on your departure.
  • Our office at 1914 Meridian Blvd will be open during business hours if you need assistance.
  • We sanitize keys upon return and before they are re-issued.
  • Paper goods such as tissues have been removed from the unit and will no longer be supplied. Paper goods that are individually wrapped, such as toilet paper and paper towels will be provided and replenished upon every departure clean. Bathroom amenities such as soap, shampoo, and lotion are provided and replaced upon every departure, whether used or not.
  • Please note that disinfectant spray or wipes, and hand sanitizers are not provided in your unit. Please come prepared with your cleaning products if desired.
  • Staff will not enter units when guests are present. During a stay, services will be limited to emergencies only, and this includes housekeeping, daily turndown services, and maintenance.
  • Emergency maintenance services will be available; however, all other non-urgent maintenance matters will be addressed after departing the unit; this is for the protection of our guests and employees.
  • Every unit is to remain vacant for at least 24 hours between occupancy, to allow for appropriate ventilation according to CDC/Mono County Guidelines.
  • Your rental unit will be treated with enhanced cleaning products according to Mono County Health Department Guidelines.
  • Please wear a mask in the mandatory places, and when requested.
  • Temporary Closures: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, some complex (Snowcreek Athletic Club) facilities and amenities may not be available. These may include but are not limited to: pools, spas, recreation rooms, saunas, tennis courts, fitness rooms, and public gathering spaces. No refunds will be provided for facilities or amenities not available.
