CHECK-IN TIME is anytime after 5 PM. To allow adequate time for cleaning requirements, we cannot grant early check-ins at this time.
CHECK OUT TIME is 10 AM.
Contactless check-in: All visitors will pick up door codes or keys, and parking passes from the lockbox in the entryway at 1914 Meridian Blvd. During regular office hours, the lockbox will remain open and unlocked.
When the office is closed, you will access the lockbox with the instructions provided in your check-in documents.
Contactless check out: use the “key return” drop box located in our entryway on your departure.

DIRECTIONS TO CHECK-IN
From Highway 395, take the exit for Mammoth Lakes, Highway 203, and proceed North. Highway 203 becomes Main Street once in town. Turn Left onto Old Mammoth Road (1st stop light by Shell Gas Station). Turn Left onto Meridian Blvd (next stop light). Pick up keys at 1914 Meridian Blvd. It is a two-story building with purple awnings (across the street from Vons and just past Domino’s Pizza).
Your deposit will be forfeited if you do not offer more than seven days’ notice before your arrival date.
Holiday reservations will require 21 days’ notice before the arrival date.
All deposits are subject to a non-refundable $45 service fee.
Please keep in mind that the policies supersede those policies of Airbnb, Expedia, and VRBO.
Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT 13%) and Tourism Assessment (TBID 1%) tax are applied.
If booked more than seven days in advance, payment of 50% percent of the total reservation cost is due via a major credit card to confirm the reservation. We will charge the remaining booking balance upon arrival.
Reservations made within seven days of the arrival date are charged in full upon booking.
The maximum occupancy, including children, will be stated on all confirmations. We reserve the right to spot check vacation rentals for the number of occupants. The Guest making the reservation and signing the rental agreement must be at least 21 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the rental agreement
Mammoth Estates Rentals is 100% NON-SMOKING inside all properties and the common area balconies and entries; this includes e-cigarettes and all other substances. You will be charged $500.00 (five hundred dollars) for any violations.
You must identify if you are bringing your Pet. Pets are permitted only in designated properties. A $20.00 pet fee, per night, per pet will apply. A maximum of 2 pets can stay in a pet-friendly unit. Pets are not permitted in the common areas, including the pool/spa area and rec room. Bringing a pet into a non-pet friendly unit will result in an immediate charge of $500 to the credit card on file.
We reserve the right to move you to a comparable rental property if necessary, at no additional expense to you.
We do our best to offer you free high-speed WIFI, however, please be advised that we do not offer discounts for inadequate Internet Service in Mammoth Lakes.
There will be a $25.00 Service Fee for lost Parking Permits and Keys.
We do not offer Discounts for the inadequate services of the Utility Companies.
A cleaning and linen fee has been included with your total booking cost. We reserve the right to assess and charge additional cleaning and damage fees if necessary.
